All Dressed Up....

Here is our tree, all dressed up with nowhere to go. Not that we want our tree to go anywhere, mind you. :) We had fun looking at my ornaments and hanging them, especially our "first Christmas together" ornament. This is the third Christmas since we started dating, but our first married Christmas. :) I can't believe it was 2 years ago that Matt and I were starting to date. In fact, Dec. 1 was the 2 year anniversary of Matt officially asking to pursue me. :) What a difference a day makes, huh? What a difference God has made in our lives. We are so thankful, and we praise Him for His abundant and overwhelmingly good gifts.

We can't wait for you to come see our tree one year!

Love,
Us

What a WONDERFUL O Christmas Tree. And with a very fine lighting job, as well! Good going, Matt!

It's really neat that you got one to enjoy, especially for your first Christmas as husband and wife. Ah, the memories you're starting to build!

Yesterday, I was helping Brad get an HDTV antenna set up in his attic (not much help, really--just passing along tools). Later on, I was in his garage trying to get his lawnmower running (I got it started, but I think it may need a new spark plug). Anyway, when I went into the house, Brad was on the phone talking to someone about "audio," "video," "inputs," "yellow connectors," and suchlike. At first, I thought he was seeking help for a problem with his new setuo, but then it dawned on me--he was helping to his NEW brother Matt. How neat is that?

Well, it's getting near time to go fetch Grandma A from the airport. Love you two!
