It's Official!!

Okay, well I know my teaching job was official before. But, Erin just informed me that my name is now on my school's webpage!! Follow the link on the right (Becca's school, Stephen Foster Elementary), then click "traditional studies" on the left sidebar when you get to the school's homepage. Under 3rd grade, you should see "Mrs. Kubo." How exciting is that! Wow! :)

We have had a good day so far. We attended a different church and saw 2 of my coworkers and our PTA president there. Unfortunately, the Bible study we were invited to starts next week, so we have one more week to wait. Matt is super excited about it though. :)

We also went to Target, and a got a pair of pants for $6.99 or something ridiculous like that--70% off the clearance price-- and some M&Ms for a division activity (and Matt wanted some twizzlers for us). Now he's working on my car mirror (he very inadvertantly backed into our church's mailbox a few weeks ago), I'm finishing lesson plans/laundry/dinner. Then we have to jump my car, because a door wasn't closed tightly enough last night and the battery died.

It's back to t-shirt weather here practically, after being in the 20s two days ago. I thought Knoxville weather was crazy sometimes, but this is just nuts! In honor of the lovely weather, I'm wearing my "Knoxville Girl" t-shirt. :)
