Meet the Coworkers

Well, we are still enjoying the addition of the stairwell light in our townhouse. It was SO nice to come downstairs this morning (I come down first to make Matt's lunch and some breakfast while he gets dressed) and not be afraid to trip over stuff. I simply turned the switch on at the top of the stairs and proceeded down them with ease. :) Yea and praise the Lord for responsive maintenance men! :)

This morning I worked some more to figure out the problems with our desktop. Brad has been a big help in trying to diagnose the issue and try to fix it. He even enlisted the assistance of his coworker, Carrie. I'm thankful for computer-smart people! I can figure out lots on my own, but when it comes to the web brower constantly crashing, I'm out of my league! :) Thankfully, our laptop is working perfectly. Anyway, I also vacuumed, picked up a few things at Publix, and I got a package notice from UPS. It was our breakfast bar stool! I want to try to get it put together before Matt comes home. I can't wait to have a place for us to sit and talk while we cook and do dishes. :) It matches perfectly with our dining room stuff too. Black with wood--PERFECT.

My other big adventure was driving to Exactech (I didn't even get lost!) and meeting all of Matt's coworkers. Okay, well, not ALL of them, but lots of them. I took him the papers he needed to add me to the insurance (always a good thing) now that we're married, and that turned into a reason to take me around and introduce me to fifty bizillion people whose names I'll never remember in a million years. Everyone was so friendly though and excited to hear about the wedding and what I think of Gainesville. We were invited to a cookout tonight too, which I think Matt wants to go to. Another easy dinner night! :)

I'm working on uploading some honeymoon pictures, so you should be able to see those soon too. You'll find that we were quite mesmerized by the sunrises and sunsets, but there are pictures of us also. :)

I suppose I should start on that bar chair if I'm going to get it done before Matt gets home. I'll try to post a picture if/when I get it put together! :)

Have a wonderful weekend! We love and miss you and love hearing from you!

Love,
Becca
