After some aggravating halts and false starts, the contract is SIGNED (by us) and being faxed to the seller! He has 24 hours to respond to our initial offer... We'll let you know what comes about!

What a rush! Don't you feel so happy, so excited, so nervous, so giddy, so anxious, so just vulnerable so just like a big ole' ball that is just rolling around and around and around? Isn’t it good to know that the Lord is in control and that he already has everything all worked out and all planed out? We are praying for you guys as the negotiation process begins. May the Lord close and open doors according to His will. This whole process will give you stories to tell for years and years.
